Shipping
We are open Monday through Friday.
Orders that placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
If the order comes before 3:00 pm, we ship the same day, if after 3:00 pm, we ship only the day after.
The amount of shipping’s days depends on the shipping option:
Express Standard - Next day
Next-business-day is a fast package delivery to most U.S. addresses - by 3 p.m, to rural areas - by 4:30 p.m.
Check delivery times.
Perishable goods are possible to ship via Express standard only Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed after 3pm (EST) on Thursday, will be shipped the following Monday.
Express 2 day
To most areas delivery is provided by 4:00 p.m. in 2 business days.
Please check delivery times.
Perishable items are possible to ship only the second day, Monday through Wednesday.
Orders placed after 3pm (EST) on Wednesday, will be shipped the following Monday.
Standard Shipping
Delivery is about 2-5 business days, in the continental U.S.
Your delivery is made by the end of the business day.
About Shipping
We appreciate our customers and provide the most convenient conditions for the delivery.
If your order includes perishable or combined goods,
it will be shipped either Next Day or Second Day via Priority Overnight Shipping (1 day).
Orders placed on Saturday and on Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Non-perishable items may be shipped via Ground
(2-7 business days) or Priority Overnight Shipping
(1 business day).
Note: Ground transportation does not guarantee you the delivery's date. Therefore, a refund or claim is not possible. If you need a particular day for delivering, we recommend the Priority Overnight Shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
We guarantee that you will receive fresh and high-quality products. After delivery please check them out. But if you're not satisfied with anything, you can return any product.
If the item has been partially damaged or used, no credit will be given.
Please note that returns are valid with full and undamaged packaging (Styrofoam box and ice pack).
Fresh truffles and frozen foods must be returned with next day delivery.
All customer's complaints must be made within twenty-four hours of receiving the shipment.

We will ship a new product or issue a credit only after acceptance and approval. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
If you choose to return, for credit, an unopened, unused item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the product and deducted from your return.
