Ingredients:
Porcini mushrooms 58.5% (Boletus Edulis and Rel. Group), extra virgin olive oil, flavoring, salt, 0.5% White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico).

Tips for use:
To make the most of the product's qualities, it is recommended to use a quantity of 10 g of cream per person, using it directly on the plate. It is ideal as a condiment for croutons and fillings for appetizers, first and second courses, omelettes and in any case as a base for all truffle dishes.
