Ingredients:
  • White onions (100 g)

  • Fresh garlic (10 g)

  • White dry wine (200 ml)

  • Heavy cream (600 g)

  • Osetra Caviar (100 g)

  • Smoked Trout Roe (100 g)

Preparation:

Step 1:

Сhop the onion and add it to the pan with the garlic. Stew it all together.

 

Step 2:

 

Pour white wine and evaporate it by half, then heavy cream and again evaporate it about 60%.

 

Step 3:

 

All ingredients blend together.

 

Step 4:

 

Finish it by adding Osetra Caviar and Smoked Trout Roe.
